Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline for submissions lapses (12/11/2023).
Contest is open to women 18 years and over currently residing in Australia for the duration of the competition (29/10/2023-15/12/2023).
The theme for this contest is 'Life with horses,' Entries must reflect/be relevant to the theme. Submissions will be reviewed for approval. Images deemed not to be appropriate will not be accepted.
Photo can be taken anywhere in the world but must have been taken within the last 5 years.
Open to Amateur and professional photographers.
All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants. No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
Entrants can submit up to 5 images. We can only accept one entry per day. per person. A total of 5 images will be accepted per entrant.
Photos must be taken with a camera (digital film scans accepted). No AI generated images or phone photos to be submitted.
Photo/s must be able to be provided in high resolution if requested.
By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by the Equestrienne Magazine for advertising purposes and printed in the magazine with a photo credit.
18 finalists will have their images printed in the next issue of the magazine. The winner will be announced on December 15th at 7pm.
Entries will be judged by the team at Equestrienne Magazine. All decisions are final. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
The winner will be announced via social media and contacted via the email address provided during entry. If no response is received after three business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
Winner will receive $500 cash and a feature in a future issue of the magazine.
Prizes for 2nd and 3rd place plus a People’s Choice Award.
The People’s Choice Award will be given to the entry with the most votes at the conclusion of the competition.
The prizes must be collected by the winner/s and is non-transferable.
